Caring For Your Warrington Christmas Tree

Cut about an inch off the base before putting the tree in its stand. This reopens the vessels that sealed during transport and lets the tree drink. Do this within three to four days of delivery for best results.

Fill the stand with water on day one and top it up every day. A tree in a warm room drinks about a litre a day. Keep the tree away from radiators and direct sun. Heat dries a tree out fast. The slower it dries, the less needle drop you will see.
