Description
The Traditional Christmas Tree is the real thing. A Norway Spruce. The classic shape, the dropping needles, and that unmistakable pine scent that fills a room the moment you walk in. This is the tree people grew up with. Short, sharp needles. A full, natural profile. The scent is strong from day one. Nothing artificial comes close. Good Elf delivers it fresh. Cut close to your delivery date, straight from the grower. You can see it in the colour. You can smell it the second you open the door. What you get Classic Norway Spruce shape Strong, natural pine scent Full, bushy profile — perfect for outdoor and indoor display Cut fresh and delivered to your door UK mainland delivery included in the price Tree care Stand it in water from day one. Use a stand with a reservoir. Top it up every day. Keep it away from radiators and underfloor heating. Do this and it will hold its needles through December. Choosing your size Measure ceiling to floor before you order. Leave room for the star or angel on top. A 6ft tree suits most standard rooms. Go bigger if you have the space — this tree earns it. The Traditional Christmas Tree is for people who want the real Christmas experience. Not a facsimile. The one with the smell. The one that sheds a few needles on the carpet. The one worth it.

Good Elf guarantees the quality of product and service we provide to the customer. If you are not fully satisfied with the service or product received, please contact us within 2 days of taking delivery of your tree and we will investigate thoroughly. In the event of a genuine issue with the quality of the product we will happily replace the product.

However, our trees are real Christmas trees, a naturally grown product. Each and every one is unique. We will not exchange trees because a customer doesn’t like the shape of the tree. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Trees need to be looked after whilst in your care otherwise they will not be covered by the Product Guarantee. For the best results the trees should have a stand with a reservoir of clean fresh water that is replenished every day. Very warm environments will cause the tree to deteriorate. Under floor heating and air-conditioning will dry out the tree very quickly. These environments are not suitable for cut Christmas trees.

Real Christmas trees capture CO2 and they continue doing so even in your home. The Good Elf offers the most sustainable option for your Christmas tree selection. We are super keen on reducing the carbon footprint of our products as much as possible.

We only source trees from quality growers — growers with sustainable plantations and a solid environmentally friendly ethos. Every tree we sell wouldn’t have been planted in the first place if it wasn’t to be used as a fresh cut Christmas tree. That means a nine-year growing cycle of collecting carbon from the atmosphere. After your tree is harvested it is replaced with a new sapling to start the process again.

We use British grown Christmas trees to reduce our ‘tree miles’ — or Santa’s footprint as we like to think of it.
