If you find a Premium Grade, British-grown, sustainably grown Christmas tree delivered to your door for a lower price than you paid us, we will refund the difference.

The Conditions

Four Things the Other Tree Must Be

The price promise is a like-for-like comparison. The tree you found must meet all four conditions.

  • Premium Grade. We only match against premium grade trees. Standard or economy grade trees are not a fair comparison.
  • British-grown. We do not match against imported trees. Ours come from British farms and that matters for freshness and sustainability.
  • Sustainably grown. The comparison tree must come from a sustainably managed farm.
  • Price includes delivery. The lower price must include delivery to your address — not collection from a site.

The comparison tree must also be in stock and available for purchase at the time you contact us.
