Not happy with your tree? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it.
Contact Us Within 48 Hours
If you are not happy with your tree, contact us as soon as possible. No later than 48 hours after delivery. If there is a genuine issue, we will arrange a replacement at the next available slot.
The 48-hour window matters. Trees are perishable. Once a tree is in your home, we have no control over watering, temperature or care. Contact us quickly and we will sort it.
We are confident in our trees and rarely need to invoke this policy. If something is wrong, we want to know and we want to fix it.
Beyond 48 Hours
We cannot accept returns or process refunds beyond 48 hours of delivery. Trees, like flowers, must be treated with care. Good Elf has no control over the tree once it has been delivered. We cannot take responsibility for its condition after that point.
Changes to your order must be notified to us in writing. Changes may affect your delivery slot.
If you cancel after dispatch and we need to collect the tree, we will charge the cost of collection and recycling. We will tell you this cost at the time.
Your legal rights. The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to perishable goods such as Christmas trees. We are usually happy to cancel your order before dispatch. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
