Where We Deliver
London and Mainland Britain
Our own delivery team covers every London borough. Trusted couriers deliver to the rest of England, Wales and Scotland.
We sell and deliver in the UK only. We do not ship overseas.
Couriers cannot reach some places. These include Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and some Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and BFPO addresses. If we cannot reach your address, we will tell you before you pay or contact you as soon as you order.

The charge depends on the total weight of your order and where it is going. You will see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.

Want us to put your tree in its stand? We charge £10 inside London and £25 outside. Large installations, corporate trees and rentals are quoted separately.
Delivery Dates
You Choose the Date
Pick your delivery date at checkout. We cut your tree to order and send it out fresh.
London. Call us after 9.30am on your delivery day on 0203 519 9997. We will give you an estimated time.
Outside London. Couriers deliver during the working day and arrive before 5pm. Couriers cannot promise an exact time.
We work hard to deliver on the date you choose. If we cannot, we will tell you as early as we can. We will then find a new date or refund you in full.
At Your Door
Safe Places and Missed Deliveries
- Give a full address, postcode and phone number at checkout.
- Want your tree left somewhere safe? Add a note to your order and we will leave it there.
- If no one is in and there is no safe place, the courier will leave a card. We may charge for a second delivery.
- At an office, hotel or other business, a signature from anyone who accepts the delivery counts as proof of delivery.
Changes and Cancellations
Give Us 48 Hours
To change your delivery date or address, call 0203 519 9997 or email elf@goodelf.co.uk. Give us at least 48 hours notice before your delivery date.
Trees are perishable. We cannot cancel an order once it has left us. Read our Returns and Refunds policy for more.
