A fresh cut tree drinks well and holds its needles for weeks. Nothing sits in a cold store waiting for an order. That is the difference between a tree that still looks good on Christmas Day and one that has dropped half its needles by week two.
Every tree comes from the same premium grade stock. We do not split our supply into budget and premium lines. You get the best we have. Twenty years of December deliveries to Gaywood, South Wootton and North Lynn stand behind every tree we send out.
Your tree travels by national courier and arrives before 2pm on your chosen date. We do not offer tracking. Call us after 10am on the day on 0203 519 9997 for an estimated arrival time. If you are out, the courier leaves it somewhere safe.
Choose Your King's Lynn Christmas Tree
Shop Nordmann FirNordmann Fir
Our most popular tree. Soft needles, even shape, excellent needle retention. The Nordmann Fir holds its needles for weeks. You can sweep up after Christmas without finding piles on the floor. Full shape, no scent. Good for homes with children or pets.
Shop Norway SpruceNorway Spruce
The classic Christmas tree with a lovely scent. Needle drop is faster than the Nordmann so keep it watered from day one. Strong branches hold heavy decorations well. Lower price and a traditional look. The right choice if the scent matters to you.

Caring For Your King's Lynn Christmas Tree
Take a fresh cut off the base before you stand the tree. About an inch is enough. This reopens the vessels that sealed during transport and lets the tree drink. Fill the stand with water on day one and top it up every day. A tree in a warm room can drink a litre a day.
Keep the tree away from radiators and direct sun. Heat dries a tree out fast. The slower it dries, the less needle drop you see. A fresh tree kept well can last six weeks. If yours goes up on the 1st of December, it should still look good on Christmas Day.
The Norway Spruce needs more water than the Nordmann. Check the stand every morning. If the base runs dry even for a day, the tree seals over and stops drinking. Once it stops drinking, needle drop speeds up. Top the water up before bed and again when you wake.
After Christmas, the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk runs real Christmas tree recycling in January. Take your tree to the recycling centre or leave it out with your garden waste where that service runs. Remove all decorations and tinsel first. You can also compost a real tree at home if you have the space. It breaks down fast and feeds the soil for next year.
King's Lynn at Christmas
King's Lynn comes alive in December. The Tuesday Market Place fills with stalls and lights, and the old quayside catches the festive mood. The Minster and the historic streets draw crowds from across West Norfolk. A real tree at home rounds it off.
King's Lynn Lights Switch-On
The festive season opens with a lantern parade that winds through the town to the Tuesday Market Place. There the lights switch on with a brass band, live music and street entertainment. Crowds gather for the countdown in late November.
Festive Merchants' Market and Tree Festival
The Festive Merchants' Market returns to the Tuesday Market Place in early December with gift stalls from local independent traders. King's Lynn Minster holds a Christmas Tree Festival alongside, with trees decorated by local groups filling the church.
Carols at the Minster
King's Lynn Minster holds carol services through December, from family carols to a traditional Nine Lessons and Carols. Churches across the town run their own carol nights too. Check the Minster website for the current programme.
