Good Elf delivers real Christmas trees across Kensington and Chelsea. We have done it since 2004. Every tree is freshly cut to order from British farms and brought straight to your door. We cover W8, W11, SW3, SW5, SW7 and SW10. Delivery from £5.95 on smaller packages. Next-day delivery available. These are the Christmas trees Kensington and Chelsea homes have trusted for twenty years.
A fresh cut tree drinks well and holds its needles for weeks. Nothing sits in a cold store waiting for an order. That is the difference between a tree that still looks good on Christmas Day and one that has dropped half its needles by week two.
Our own team handles Kensington and Chelsea deliveries, so we know the streets and the parking. If you are out when we arrive, we find somewhere safe to leave the tree. Call after 10am on the day for an estimated arrival time on 0203 519 9997. We deliver to homes, flats, mansion blocks and businesses across the royal borough.
Every tree comes from the same premium grade stock. We do not split our supply into budget and premium lines. You get the best we have. Twenty years of December deliveries to Kensington, Chelsea and Notting Hill stand behind every tree we send out.
Choose Your Kensington and Chelsea Christmas Tree
Shop Nordmann FirNordmann Fir
Our most popular tree. Soft needles, even shape, excellent needle retention. The Nordmann Fir holds its needles for weeks. You can sweep up after Christmas without finding piles on the floor. Full shape, no scent. Good for homes with children or pets.
Shop Norway SpruceNorway Spruce
The classic Christmas tree with a lovely scent. Needle drop is faster than the Nordmann so keep it watered from day one. Strong branches hold heavy decorations well. Lower price and a traditional look. The right choice if the scent matters to you.

Where To Buy a Christmas Tree in Kensington and Chelsea
Good Elf is the simple way to buy a Christmas tree in Kensington and Chelsea. We select premium grade trees only, all covered by our Freshness Guarantee. We deliver Nordmann Fir and Norway Spruce, cut to order from British farms, on the date you choose. Call us on 0203 519 9997.
If you would rather choose a tree in person, the royal borough has a few options. Rassells on Earl's Court Road runs a seasonal stock of cut trees. Chelsea Gardener off the King's Road sells trees and wreaths through December. Pines and Needles sets up a stall in the churchyard of St John's on Ladbroke Grove, just up from Holland Park Avenue. For potted Christmas trees the Earl's Court and Notting Hill garden centres are your best bet. Pick-your-own farms mean a drive out of London, so most local buyers stay in town.
For a fresh tree carried inside and set in your stand on the day you name, Good Elf is the easy choice. No car, no roof rack, no queue.
Caring For Your Kensington and Chelsea Christmas Tree
Take a fresh cut off the base before you stand the tree. About an inch is enough. This reopens the vessels that sealed during transport and lets the tree drink. Fill the stand with water on day one and top it up every day. A tree in a warm room can drink a litre a day.
Keep the tree away from radiators and direct sun. Heat dries a tree out fast. The slower it dries, the less needle drop you see. A fresh tree kept well can last six weeks. If yours goes up on the 1st of December, it should still look good on Christmas Day.
The Norway Spruce needs more water than the Nordmann. Check the stand every morning. If the base runs dry even for a day, the tree seals over and stops drinking. Once it stops drinking, needle drop speeds up. Top the water up before bed and again when you wake.
After Christmas, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea collects real Christmas trees in early January. Check the council website for collection dates in your area. Remove all decorations and tinsel first. You can also compost a real tree at home if you have the space. It breaks down fast and feeds the soil.
Not happy with your tree? Return it within 48 hours in good condition for a full refund or a fresh replacement. Keep the original packaging if you can. A real Christmas tree is the greener choice too. We plant a new sapling for every tree we cut, and British-grown trees are environmentally friendly because they travel fewer miles to your door.
Kensington and Chelsea at Christmas
Kensington and Chelsea wears Christmas well. The King's Road, Brompton Road and the South Kensington museums all dress up for December. A real Christmas tree in a tall sash window fits the streets here.
Chelsea and South Kensington Lights
The King's Road and Sloane Square switch on their lights in November. The South Kensington museums run winter shows and the Natural History Museum opens its ice rink. Worth an evening if you are nearby.
Notting Hill and Holland Park
Portobello Road keeps its market through December with gifts and food. Holland Park stays open for a cold winter walk among the peacocks. Several local churches hold carol services in the week before Christmas.
