Returns

If for whatever reason you aren’t happy with your tree please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us within 48 hours of taking delivery of your tree (and if there is a genuine issue) we will endeavour to replace the tree at the next available delivery slot.

We're confident our trees are the best you will find we guarantee their freshness and quality. If for any reason you're unhappy with your tree, we will gladly replace it free of charge as long as you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This offer does not effect your Consumer Rights. The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to Christmas trees. However, we are usually happy to cancel your order prior to dispatch but not after. Trees cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Beyond 48 hours we are generally unable to accept returns or arrange replacements. Much like Flowers, fresh Christmas trees need to be treated with care. They need to be well watered and in a cool environment. Good Elf has no control over the care of the tree once it has been delivered. For this reason we cannot be responsible for it's correct care or condition once it is out of our care.

Changes you make to your order must be notified to us in writing. If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery time.

If we have to collect a product that you have cancelled, we will charge you the cost of collection and recycling which will be notified to you at the time of cancellation.
